Playing roulette is pretty easy. Basically roulette is a rotating wheel which consists of numbers from 1 to 36 and also from 0. If you do play american roulette there will be an additional number 00.
The main goal of playing roulette is to make an attempt to guess in which numbered slot will fall the roulette ball in the next round. So you place your bets accordingly to your predictions. However there are various types of roulette bets which can confuse a beginner player.
Types of bets.
1. Even Bet
Bets such as even/odd, red/black, 1-18, 19-36 are called even bets. Those bets pay you exactly the amount you had bet on them.
2. Dozen Bet
There are 3 dozens which exist in roulette wheel. Dozens are considered to be numbers such as 1-12, 13-24, 25-36. Payout for those bets is 2 to 1.

You can see the total of 3 columns at roulette table layout. Let’s take 1st column as an example. There are following numbers which this column consist of: 1, 4, 7, 10, 13, 16, 19, 22, 25, 28, 31, 34. Column bets do pay the same as dozen bets 2 to 1.

Hi! That is so cool to find a blog about how to win at roulette. I am waiting for more information!
Unfortunately, you are like tons of people at the casonis today. You have something in you, that unfortunately is not like your friends. You find the casino either a place to escape reality or a place to seek entertainment and fun, but then it goes to far. You can’t stop yourself like your friends can. Trust me, from experience, you still sound young, tell yourself that the casino is not a place you can EVER visit again. You have no willpower when you’re there. It will soon become your addiction if it’s not already. The amounts you bet will get bigger and bigger through the months and years and then you’ll be dead broke. Since you are smart enough to realize you already can’t stop when you are around the casino action then you need to be smart enough to see for you, it’s not like your friends at a casino, for you, it’s too hard to stop yourself, so you need to STAY AWAY. Think of them like the devil’s playground and imagine a big devil’s head is on every sign in there and it’s calling you in to tempt you! Sounds weird but for you that’s what the casino is going to be like . . . hell, if you don’t stop while you’re young. If you can’t get away from it on your own, seek counseling, call the problem gambler’s phone numbers to ask reasons you gamble even when you run out of money. I’ve found a great booklet online you can download from the California state government for free. Google, freedom from problem gambling and click on the first thing, Freedom. It’s an entire 44 page workbook, that’s FREE, and after you download it, it makes you analyze your feeling behind WHY you gamble like you do and can’t stop when you’re there. If you can’t stop completely, it even gives you a plan to not bring checks, or credit cards and plan to only budget 2% of your yearly income to gambling and then you divide it over 12 months to see what you can spend a month. It makes you set a time limit for how long you stay at the casino too. But I would suggest if you can’t go cold turkey, then only bring what you can afford to lose and only tell yourself you can stay up to 4 hours maximum, set aside $10 for the last hours if you lose all the rest of the money you’ve come to spend and then so that you’re not mad you have to leave early just play 3 cents at a time in a penny machine. Also don’t go with the plan of being there once a month, for a potential addict like yourself, go there only once every 3 months with this special money you’ve set aside for yourself. Again if you can’t stick to these rules then you’ve probably got a bigger problem than you think and need to join Gambler’s Anonymous, (check online for a group near you.). Overall, I’ve gambled too many years, and I’ve sat next to other life-long gamblers who when you think, wow, how come they keep winning? it’s because they’ve lost it all in the past and spent thousands of dollars on this machine to try and hit the jackpot. They’ve told me, they have three mortgages on their house, run up every credit card they can get, their husbands have been furious or left them, their kids are mad at them. Most gambler gamble since they are fulfilling something that is lacking inside themselves. But you need to find other things to do that you enjoy, and when you feel the urge to gamble, take out a list you have of these other things you can do instead or wait at first 5 minutes, then 10 min., etc. until hopefully the urge passes. Good luck and you can e-mail me if you need support. Sierra
